Simple and very delicious Vegan Garlic Butter! Made with just a couple of ingredients in minutes. Use it to make garlic bread, add it to your favourite potato dishes, melt on vegetables, toss through pasta, or brush all over your dinner rolls. Yum!

Ingredients

vegan butter
, softened

cloves
garlic
minced or grated. Customize to your tastes. I like 6 which is very garlicky.

fresh chopped parsley
or 3 teaspoons dried parsley (or a mix of both)

Optional 1 to 2
pinches
red chili pepper flakes
INSTRUCTIONS

To a small bowl add the softened butter, garlic, parsley, and optional chili flakes. Mix well to combine.
NOTES
Store garlic butter in the fridge for 3 or 4 days if you use fresh parsley or up to 2 weeks if you use dried parsley. Or freeze it for up to 3 months.
