Peel the bananas and cut into chunky slices about ½ to ¾ inch thick.
Add the vegan butter to a medium-sized skillet/frying pan. Once hot sprinkle in the brown sugar and salt then add the banana slices.
Cook until the bottoms have caramelized (become golden brown and sticky). This takes about 4 minutes. Flip and cook the other side of the banana slices until browned and caramelized. Another 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove from the heat and serve over your favorite breakfasts and desserts.
