This Spicy Chickpea Smash is so good! Made with just 3 ingredients (plus salt & pepper) and ready in minutes. Great with salads, as a vegan sandwich filling or dip, and a topper for baked potatoes and toast.

Ingredients
1 x 15oz can (1¾cups)chickpeas, (398ml in Canada or 400g in UK)
4tablespoonsvegan mayo
1 to 2tablespoonssriracha
¼teaspoonfine sea salt, (adjust as necessary if using table salt)
¼teaspoonblack pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Smash the chickpeas - I like to pulse them in my food processor because it's so quick and easy and I like mine smashed up into very small pieces, but you can put them in a bowl and use a potato masher or a fork. Make them as smashed or chunky as you like.
Mix it up - Add the mayo, sriracha, salt, and pepper. Start with 1 tablespoon of sriracha then add more to taste. Stir it up really well and that's it, you're done!
