The best vegan ricotta  with an authentic  ricotta taste and texture  and made with  just 5 simple  ingredients!

Gather your ingredients:

almond flour water white or cane sugar fine salt apple cider vinegar

and a visual:

first:

blend everything except the vinegar to make a milk

then:

strain it 

and:

heat in a pan

add the vinegar, stir,  cover & let cool

then:

when cool it will have curdled & look a bit like this

let it drain through  cheesecloth overnight

then:

It's ready, but if you want to be fancy-schmancy scoop into a cheese mold! 

or whip

spread on all the things  or cook with it!
